When you purchase a Rahacard or use our service, we may collect: — Name and contact details (email, phone number / WhatsApp) — Payment information (processed securely via Paystack — we do not store card details) — Card recipient details (if you're sending to someone else) — Booking and transaction history — Device and usage data (browser type, IP address, page views) via analytics We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.

We use your data to: — Issue and deliver your Rahacard — Process bookings and communicate confirmations — Provide customer support — Send service-related communications (transaction receipts, booking updates) — Improve our product and venue network — Comply with legal obligations We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

We process your data under the following legal bases (UK GDPR): — Contract performance: to issue and deliver the card you purchased — Legitimate interests: to improve our service and prevent fraud — Consent: for any optional marketing communications (you can withdraw at any time)

We retain transaction and booking records for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Account data is deleted upon request, subject to legal retention obligations. Inactive card balances are subject to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
