Terms of Service

Rahacards is a city experience card service operated by Flywave Technology Limited ("Flywave", "we", "us"). Rahacards allows users to purchase digital city experience cards that can be redeemed at participating venues across African cities including Lagos, Nairobi, Accra and others. By purchasing or using a Rahacard, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

Cards are issued digitally upon successful payment. The card link is delivered via email or SMS to the address or number provided at checkout. Flywave is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect contact details provided by the purchaser. Cards are non-transferable except through our designated gifting flow.

Rahacards do not expire. The balance on a card remains valid indefinitely from the date of purchase. Card balances cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused balance is not refundable after 12 months of account inactivity, except where required by applicable law. Card balances are denominated in the local currency of the city card purchased (e.g. Nigerian Naira for Lagos Cards, Kenyan Shilling for Nairobi Cards).

Participating venues are subject to change. Flywave maintains a live venue directory accessible via the card link. We cannot guarantee that any specific venue will remain in the network indefinitely. If a venue closes or exits the network after a booking is made but before the booking date, we will rebook at an equivalent venue or refund the booking amount to the card balance.

Bookings made through a Rahacard are confirmed by our operations team. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time are refunded to the card balance in full. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking are subject to individual venue cancellation policies. Flywave will use reasonable efforts to recover balances but cannot guarantee refunds for late cancellations.

Rahacards may not be used for any unlawful purpose. Cards suspected of fraud, resale for profit, or misuse will be suspended and the balance forfeited. Corporate cards issued under bulk orders are subject to the terms of the relevant corporate agreement in addition to these terms.

Flywave's liability to you in connection with a Rahacard is limited to the face value of the card. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from card use or venue experiences. This limitation does not affect statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from Rahacard use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or the card link interface. Continued use of a Rahacard after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.
